Bike nights are held on the 2nd Friday of every month, February to October (9 events).
Free Admission to the public.
Live music, vendors, food, bikes, classic car, and jeep cruise-in.
Estimated attendance in 2019: 300-600 per event.
Information and Requirements
Booth space fees: 10x10 $25, 10x20 $50. − Payment is due with application. − Space with electricity is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. − Vendors must specify what power needs they have. Vendors must provide their own heavy-duty extension cores. − All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come – first serve basis. Vendor spaces are NOT guaranteed for any vendor and are subject to change upon the needs of the event. Priority placement will be given to those vendors paying for all six events upfront and honored whenever possible. − You must provide your own tent, tables, chairs, etc. All tents must be secured or weighed down. − Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form (attach an additional sheet if necessary) and, if possible, attach photos of sample items. Anything that is not included on your application is NOT permitted to be sold or given away during the event. Doing so may result in forfeiture of your vendor space and fees. − All vendors must check-in between 4-5:30 p.m. Due to safety issues, late arrivals will forfeit preassigned booth location and be assigned an alternate location if available. − Vehicles will not be allowed in the designated bike night and vendor area after 5:30 p.m. under any circumstances. − Booths must be completely set-up by 5:30 p.m. We ask that all vendor booths remain open until the event ends at 9:00 p.m. − All vendors must be packed up and moved out of their space by 9:30 p.m. − No vendor vehicles will be allowed into the bike night/vendor area before 9:00 p.m. for our attendees' safety. − The Vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was initially received, I.e., removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. Vendor trash must be carried out with each Vendor at the close of the event. − Any vendor’s application that is rejected will be notified in advance. − All vendors accepted for the event will receive a map and directions prior to the event date. − This event occurs, rain or shine! Be prepared for wind, rain, and /or heat and cold. − All vendor fees are non-refundable. − Vendor Registration Forms must be filled out completely and returned no later than seven days prior to the event with payment. − All vendors are required to submit city and state sales tax revenue.
