"Today we just bought our second bike from Dothan Harley. The first was bought in October and we just added a 2nd Screaming Eagle to our family. We love the store and everyone there. Today Sarah (the owner's wife) was there and visited with us while we were shopping and when Dutch (the owner)came in he was just as friendly as always! Jeremy has sold us both our bikes, we love him and all the sales staff that answers any question we have! Jean, Carol, Jessica, Elizabeth, and everyone in motorclothes is always helpful and calls us whenever something comes in that they know we might want. Parts always helps us get our bikes just right and Jim helped guide us through our decision today. Service is awesome, the first bike a Springer, came in from the factory with a couple of cosmetic blemishes and they had the replacement parts ordered before we ever even took delivery. Everyone there cares about what you buy as much as you do! Dutch was a part of all of it. It is truly the best place I have ever shopped for any motorcycle or major purchase! The people here care about each customer, there is no pressure, and they all make shopping so much fun. "

"July07, currently in Bagdad, with the US ARMY was waiting on a 08 Road King Custom, but as we all know now, HD did not make a 08, so i tried to buy a 07 through the military ,and as normal i was late, they were out, so i emailed Freddy Riley ,and told him what i wanted,he stated they didnt have one , but he found one in Leesburg FL. "I am 53 and have been riding scooters since 14. I have had hundreds of Harleys and never had one with shocks. I have a new chopper but the FLHXI Street Glide continued to catch my eye. I stopped in and took home the sweeetest bike I have ever had. "Last Saturday, I rode over to attend the open house and get some work done on the bike (05 FXDLI). I just want to say how awesome your service dept team is. Keith makes you feel like your bike and your questions are all he has to do that day. He takes time to explain the important things that other dealerships I've visited just don't do. Stephen, the young wrench who worked on my bike impressed me with his attitude and professionalism. He called me back to show me the tread depth on my tire (it's borderline) and while I was back there, took the time to answer several questions I had. On top of that, I had an annoying issue with my clutch lever and Stephen corrected the issue completely. Let me put it this way, I don't want another person touching my hawg unless Stephen is right there to say it's okay. On second thought, he's the only person I want working on my bike! Mark also took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to my satisfaction. Bottom line Dutch, whatever you're paying those guys is not enough. Thanks for having such a super team of professionals around to make trip, worth it!"

"Purchased my second bike from HD of Dothan in less than a year. First experience was exceptional...and the second was no different. I did my homework and contacted the sales team by email to inquire about availability of the bike I was most interested in purchasing. They had what I wanted and we did much of the financing and paperwork over the phone. When I went to pick out the precise bike, it was a smooth process from arriving at the dealership at about 8:45 a.m. until I drove out at 11:15 a.m. The staff, as always, was great, even though they were quite busy that day. I have one dealership much, much closer to me, but HD of Dothan will be the folks I turn to for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, service and accessories. Thanks guys!"
