"After 35 years of abstinence from bike riding the wife and I (at her insistence) purchased a 2008 Ultra-Classic from the Dothan staff; but not before checking out other sources. To say I made the right location selection is an understatement. I have never been more pleased in dealing with the Dothan sales and maintenance staff. Jean and Carol from the clothing department; what a hoot; and on top of that they are professional and know their stuff. When it comes to sales Tim provides the details necessary to make the deal on our new 2010 Limited while Jim finalized the papers making it a short and sweet event.
Our new 2010 Limited was our second transaction in two years with Dothan staff. This purchase was based on my 2008’s performance supported by Keith’s professional maintenance staff affording us the pleasure of completing over 29000 miles in less than two years ; the Ultra never burped once. Our new Limited’s 5000 mile check up was just completed by the professional Dothan maintenance staff after we recently completed a trouble free trip to the Dragon and Blue Ridge Parkway.
PS. Rumor has is there is a new Dealer coming to Panama City Beach in 2010. Based on past demonstrated performance I intend to stay with Dutch’s’ top drawer team at Harley Davidson of Dothan.

"I was on my way from Conyers, Ga to Panama City. My bike had a problem with it's battery. It was on a monday and the service dept was closed, however the service manager went above and beyond and worked on the bike. I had to be in PCB for a meeting on Tuesday morning and I can not express how thankful I was that he took the time and got me back on the road. As I waited for him to repair my bike.. all of the other people were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this dealship over all others. great attitude and service."

"I have been dealing with Dothan HD since 1987 and have referred many friends to the service and sales departments. Dutch and his family have always been very respectful and the service in all areas has always been outstanding. In June I purchased a new bike and of course I came to Dutch's to find a new ride. I really didn't think I could make a deal with a 1998 trade-in. I must say up front that Tim Perry and the sales staff worked wonders and made a deal I could not refuse. Tim has made a friend for life and I continue to refer my friends to him. He has followed up with me since my purchase to make sure everything was alright. Of special note I must say Tim, Paul (from Parts) and Mr. Dutch were patient, talked and explained everything to my wife making her feel right at home.
When we came to pick up the bike all the processing( I can't remember the young lady who did all the paper work but she was very helpful and did a outstanding job and bike prep (Service Dept.) was done in a superb manner. Dutch has a winning family at his dealership one I would highly recommend.

"Today we just bought our second bike from Dothan Harley. The first was bought in October and we just added a 2nd Screaming Eagle to our family. We love the store and everyone there. Today Sarah (the owner's wife) was there and visited with us while we were shopping and when Dutch (the owner)came in he was just as friendly as always! Jeremy has sold us both our bikes, we love him and all the sales staff that answers any question we have! Jean, Carol, Jessica, Elizabeth, and everyone in motorclothes is always helpful and calls us whenever something comes in that they know we might want. Parts always helps us get our bikes just right and Jim helped guide us through our decision today. Service is awesome, the first bike a Springer, came in from the factory with a couple of cosmetic blemishes and they had the replacement parts ordered before we ever even took delivery. Everyone there cares about what you buy as much as you do! Dutch was a part of all of it. It is truly the best place I have ever shopped for any motorcycle or major purchase! "July07, currently in Bagdad, with the US ARMY was waiting on a 08 Road King Custom, but as we all know now, HD did not make a 08, so i tried to buy a 07 through the military ,and as normal i was late, they were out, so i emailed Freddy Riley ,and told him what i wanted,he stated they didnt have one , but he found one in Leesburg FL. "My buddy and I are new riders, and when looking at bikes we stopped in the Harley dealership on a whim. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from teaching us about the bikes to giving us info on the motorcycle safety course, we knew we had come to the right place. After that we didn't look at any other bikes, but kept coming back to your dealership over the next month to choose the bikes we wanted.
When we finally made our purchase, Freddy really made the experience complete, not only providing superior customer service, but giving us the confidence that Harley is our brand for life. After purchasing the bikes, forcing Freddy to work past closing, he then went far out of his way to use his own trailer to tow our new bikes to our doorstep all the way in Enterprise well after 8pm. To us, this demonstrated not only Freddy's above-the-rest commitment to customer service, but also reassured us that Harley-Davidson of Dothan is a group of motorcycle lovers we can trust!

"I am 53 and have been riding scooters since 14. I have had hundreds of Harleys and never had one with shocks. I have a new chopper but the FLHXI Street Glide continued to catch my eye. I stopped in and took home the sweeetest bike I have ever had. My experience was so straight forward and the Sales and Finance did such a good job I have bragged about them to several friends that live in Atlanta. "Last Saturday, I rode over to attend the open house and get some work done on the bike (05 FXDLI). I just want to say how awesome your service dept team is.
Keith makes you feel like your bike and your questions are all he has to do that day. He takes time to explain the important things that other dealerships I've visited just don't do.
Stephen, the young wrench who worked on my bike impressed me with his attitude and professionalism. He called me back to show me the tread depth on my tire (it's borderline) and while I was back there, took the time to answer several questions I had. On top of that, I had an annoying issue with my clutch lever and Stephen corrected the issue completely. Let me put it this way, I don't want another person touching my hawg unless Stephen is right there to say it's okay. On second thought, he's the only person I want working on my bike!
Mark also took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to my satisfaction.
Bottom line Dutch, whatever you're paying those guys is not enough. Thanks for having such a super team of professionals around to make trip, worth it!"

"Purchased my second bike from HD of Dothan in less than a year. First experience was exceptional...and the second was no different. I did my homework and contacted the sales team by email to inquire about availability of the bike I was most interested in purchasing. They had what I wanted and we did much of the financing and paperwork over the phone. When I went to pick out the precise bike, it was a smooth process from arriving at the dealership at about 8:45 a.m. until I drove out at 11:15 a.m. The staff, as always, was great, even though they were quite busy that day.
I have one dealership much, much closer to me, but HD of Dothan will be the folks I turn to for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, service and accessories. Thanks guys!"
